    People who inspire me are: my wife and kids are an inspiration to me…our military and their sacrifice they give to our country.

    Previous jobs: I have worked in many places and held many jobs…from renting cars to pastoring to delivering 5 gallon water bottles.

    One thing that most people don't know about me: I love to work with wood…not so much carving but other small projects that include but not limited to benches, shelving, custom work. I've been in ministry 18 years.

    When and where did you get saved: I consider my adult conversion in the Summer of 95.

    Peeves: not squeezing the tube of toothpaste from the end.

    Life-changing moment: Definitely, my wedding day and the birth of my children. Fears: not succeeding in ministry and life

    Quirks: I am a clean floor guy, I get this from my mother. In my spare time I... love participating in Crossfit and fitness in general.

    Least favorite food: curry

    What makes you laugh? A lot of things…my kids, a good clean joke, someone falling…

    What is weird about you? I have some ticks…if a drawer is not shut all the way, dirty floors, pens that are clickable but are left with the ink side out…yikes.

    The most exotic place you've even been to: I don’t know if this answer is exotic, but Haiti was unique for sure.

    The most adventurous thing you've ever done: Probably zip lining through the Puerto Rican rain forest hundreds of feet in the air. Skydiving.

    Least favorite thing to do: Take out the trash.

    I've been in ministry full time for 14 years, but at least part-time for over 19.

    Peeves: Messes and general disorganization

    Life-changing moment: When I got saved, when I was filled with the Holy Spirit and called to ministry, my first missions trip to Mexico, when I met my wife, and the birth of each of my three kids.

    Fears: Not being good at something.

    Quirks: My voice gets higher as I speak more intently. 

    In my spare time I... Exercise, go to soccer or baseball practices for my kids, watch a little TV, or come up with crazy ideas (some of which actually work).

    Least favorite food: Brussel Sprouts

    What makes you laugh: Awkward situations. 

    What is weird about you? I’m OCD, so I prefer things freakishly neat. 

    The most exotic place you've even been to: Puerto Maldonado, Peru. 

    The most adventurous thing you've ever done: Hiked up Huayna Picchu, 13,000 feet in the air. Least favorite thing to do: Going to the dentist or the doctor.

    Family: I married my soul mate in July of 2004. We have 3 beautiful Children Emma, Jamin & Jenna. 

    Ministry Role: My main role @ Crossroads is assimilation; helping visitors get acquainted with our church and ultimately plugging into a ministry. As well as handling outside communication and marketing and event coordinating. I also assist my husband (PB) in Family Ministry with whatever he needs . 

    Dream vacation: Taking an adventure through South America and DISNEY w/ my whole family!!!! What's your regular order at Starbucks: Caramel Macchiato or Pumpkin Spice Latte

    Favorite movies: The Bourne Series, End of the Spear and most musicals/Disney movies (I am a kid at heart!)

    Things that fascinate me: People. I love to see how God uses different people for one purpose. People who inspire me are: People of integrity and passion. People who tirelessly chase after God and His calling.

    One thing that most people don't know about me: I laugh when I get nervous or at the expense of other peoples pain. ( Don’t worry, if you fall near me I will pick you up and then laugh at you). I've been in ministry for... I have been involved in ministry one way or another since I was saved. My heart is to serve. I have been involved in Children’s ministry alongside my husband since 2006 and have worked full-time as the Assimilation/Communications Director since coming to Crossroads Church in 2010. 

    When and where did you get saved: I truly dedicated my life to serve the Lord on August 19, 1998 at a Back-to-School retreat.

    Things that fascinate me: Stars and Space and that God has taken the time to give each and every star a name in Heaven. He knows them all by name! How great is that!?! God is Mighty indeed! People who inspire me are: Billy Graham because he proves you are never too old to be used of God and that you truely should never give up. No excuse!

    One thing that most people don't know about me: I love to ride horses and motorcycles. 

    I've been in ministry: officially since November 2003.

    When and where did you get saved: I was saved in Las Vegas, NV in a home missions church, West Valley which eventually became an Assemblies of God church on August 12, 1990. 

    Favorite singer or band: Mercy Me; Kathy Trocolli

    Peeves: Bad breath and body odor.

    Life-changing moment: When God called me as a single parent to do Russia Missions. He showed me every step of the way and has continued to work out trips for me since 1993 ministering to widows and orphans in St. Petersburg and surrounding areas. James 1:27

    Fears: Getting stuck in an elevator in Russia

    Favorite book: The Shack

    Quirks: Clutter doesn't bother me

    In my spare time I... love to watch movies. 

    Least favorite food: Green leafs that resemble weeds found in your yard. 

    What makes you laugh? Silly anecdotes and little children.

    What is weird about you? My laugh, it is unique and some say it cackles, I can't help it...

    The most exotic place you've even been to: White beach somewhere on the coast of Jamaica. Traveled there in Jesus' boat and the waves were really high and the ride was very exciting.

    The most adventurous thing you've ever done: Maybe this is borderline stupid, but I coasted down a mountain in Utah on the back of a Harley Davidson. It felt like flying and was so quiet, all you could hear was the wind and the rubber of the tires rolling on the road. 

    Least favorite thing to do: Filing papers.

    I've been in ministry: My whole life. My dad was the music director at my church, so I was pretty much born working on musicals and choir. 

    When and where did you get saved: Since I grew up in church I was saved and understood Jesus saving my life at a young age, but there was a pivotal moment in KIDS church at Fair Haven Assembly of God with Tim Fauls(our childrens pastor) and my Uncle Charlie. It was my 7th grade winter and I felt the Holy Spirit come over me and realized what being 'saved' really meant and felt like. 

    What is weird about you: I enjoy listening to the occasional 'boy band', I apparently have an accent (but only to everyone in TX) 

    Life-changing moment: Finding out I was pregnant with twins. Scared the living daylights out of me. 

    Favorite book: Emma by Jane Austin

    In my spare time I...enjoy napping, sewing and organizing. 

    What makes you laugh? Any dry humor. I love The Office, Monty Python, and MST3K
